The re-modelling the common parts of an Art Deco inspired apartment building in W1. Paramount Court is an impres­sive 7‑storey building on the corner of University Street and Tottenham Court Road, home to around 140 apart­ments. Steeped in local history, it was the first res­i­den­tial design project by designers of the old Paramount Cinema, which used to stand on the site next to the building.

With one of corridors now complete, we are also mid-way through the concept design phase for the ground floor Lobby, which is very exciting. Our design concept draws upon Art Deco ref­er­ences, but with a modern twist, with design features inspired by history but bringing them to life in high con­tem­po­rary materials and finishes.
