CLAW

4th May 2017/0/0

Our new website design for CLAW is now live. Check it out at www.claw.co.uk.

We’ve been helping out in their new shipping container restaurant in the City, designing wallpaper maps, menuboards, fleshing out the brand with iconography, stickers and packaging. More to follow…

Here's a snapshot of the luxurious brand identity Here's a snapshot of the luxurious brand identity we created for our latest workspace project.

Portwall Lofts is a boutique workspace, within an impressive Victorian red brick warehouse, on the origins of Bristol’s 13th century Portwall. It’s undergone an extensive sustainable renovation and is bursting with natural light, character and historic charm.

Portwall Lofts sits on a cobbled lane in central Bristol, directly opposite the magnificent St Mary Redcliffe Church. It nestles between the Harbourside and Temple Meads in the neighbourhood of Redcliffe.

The Guildford Townhouse’s top floor boasts a des The Guildford Townhouse’s top floor boasts a destination cocktail bar. Signature blend cocktails and the in-house DJ can be enjoyed from the comfort of the club lounge sofas and cocktail chairs under a dark and moody blue ceiling. We designed a statement copper bar with a metal framed arched back bar that sets a dramatic yet approachable backdrop to the cool and contrasting interior colour palette of vibrant pinks, icy blues and ochre yellows.

Guests can journey through the floors using the feature brass framed glass lift that gently ascends through the bespoke hand-painted mural designed and created by Run for the Hills. The flowing mural takes inspiration from the interior colour palette, starting on the ground floor, the colour deepens, mixing in layers of lively rich blue accents before your arrival to the ambient cocktail bar.

The club lounge walls are dressed with a feature stone fireplace encompassed by arched timber mouldings, classic yet contemporary bobbin detailing and a wow factor marble wallpaper. These characterful elements are softened by rich velvet curtains and glows of moody low-level lighting from brass pendants and Murano glass wall lights.

Drawing inspiration from the mural, Run for the Hills talented graphics team added a dramatic touch through hand-painted canvas art layered with a vibrant glow of amber neon.

Bespoke deep fluted sofas and cosy lounge booths are upholstered in sumptuous, bold velvets with exquisite two-toned fringe detailing paired with punchy patterned pouffe seating creates the perfect space to enjoy a cocktail amongst friends.

The middle floor features a brasserie and private The middle floor features a brasserie and private dining space, with the brasserie open for all-day dining options, serving everything from brunch and lunch through to late-night dining. Open based banquette seating with contrasting rugs and a central antique brass chandelier creates a homely and relaxed feeling to the brasserie floor. The central stone fireplace is framed by a warm timber-stained bookcase with subtle vintage detailing and a vibrant patterned inset wallpaper. Relaxed yet refined furniture is upholstered in a combination of poppy and textural fabrics which is echoed in the bespoke artwork colour palette creating a friendly and informal experience.

The private dining room features a fresh quartz tabletop inset in a brass and timber edge band. This pops against a rich green palette with a bold retro inspired wallpaper, beautifully reflected by large arched brass mirrors. A drawn curtain allows for guests to close away from the brasserie for a more intimate dining atmosphere.

The ground floor is a café, bar and workspace, wi The ground floor is a café, bar and workspace, with a ‘snug’ lounge area perfect for working from, catching up with friends, or simply relaxing. This space is designed to combine the best elements of both a workspace and a café, ensuring guests are comfortable whatever their needs. The ground floor represents Coppa Club’s classic layout with a vintage inspired timber cafe-bar and a laid-back cosy work space, in a relaxed and stylish interior. Tonal textured walls layered with curated gallery art are illuminated by bronze picture lights which set the scene on the ground floor for a fresh and inviting all day atmosphere. Distinct areas are created through a carefully considered selection of furniture and bespoke back-to-back banquette seating positioned centrally in the space creating a natural flow between café-bar and workspace.

INTRODUCING THE GUILDFORD TOWNHOUSE DESIGNED BY RU INTRODUCING THE GUILDFORD TOWNHOUSE DESIGNED BY RUN FOR THE HILLS

The Townhouse is located on a beautifully cobbled bustling high street in the centre of Guildford, in the iconic and locally-loved Burton’s building. Set across three floors, the layout is designed so that guests can settle in for the day enjoying a members club-mentality with all-day dining, co-working, drinking and socialising all under one roof.

The corner site of the Burton’s building offers welcomed views into the ground floor café and workspace lounge with expansive crittal style windows framed with a soft blue facade and hand painted gold signage.

Here’s a film we made for one of the two ski hot Here’s a film we made for one of the two ski hotels we designed over the last year. Part of an exciting collection of new lifestyle hotel resorts from Faern, with breathtaking views over picturesque, tree-clad mountains and valleys, Faern Arosa Altein is within the heart of a charming alpine village and is super close to the lifts, with access to a fabulous ski area for all levels. It was a privilege to work with founders Romain Semmel and Thibault Catala to bring our 70s-inspired design concept to life.
