Find out a little more about our Vietnamese BBQ restaurant over here.

“Just opened on All Saints Road in Notting Hill, MAM is a Vietnamese barbecue restaurant from the team behind Salvation in Noodles, which made its fame in east London.

After opening two Pho noodle joints in the capital, owner Colin Tu has chosen a different path for his next venture, which focuses on meats charred on the robata grill and then doused with a healthy sweet-sour helping of Tu’s mother’s own recipe ferments and dipping sauces (‘mam’ is pronounced ‘mum’ in Vietnamese).

Rainbow bowl salads and a refined cocktail menu keep things light and fun. Divided into two sections, the bright and airy 40-cover space is houses a casual bar area at the front and a dining room-cum-conservatory dripping with plant life at the back.

Décor by London-based design firm Run for the Hills aims for the charming northern riverside town of Hoi An in Vietnam, with rattan, reclaimed wood benches and decorative straw fan brooms glammed up with marble and copper accents, mid-century teak cabinets, graphic posters and large-scale tropical foliage. ”
