We’ve been beavering away on the website for the Vietnamese barbecue restaurant we designed on All Saints Road. The brain child of Colin Tu, the man behind Salvation In Noodles (SIN), MẮM focuses on meats charred on the robata grill and then doused with a healthy sweet-sour helping of Colin’s mother’s own recipe ferments and dipping sauces.
